Will my order be gift wrapped?
Yes! We take great pride in our bespoke packaging. Every order arrives safely and beautifully wrapped.
Bridal robes and sleepwear are packed in soft white satin gift bags with ribbon and a gift card, then delivered in postal sachets.
Can I return a personalised order?
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on personalised items due to their unique nature. If you're unsure about sizing or style, our support team is here to help. Feel free to reach out for any guidance to ensure you make the right choice.
I live in Sydney. Can I pick up my order?
If you're in Sydney and need your order urgently, we offer a Click and Collect service from our Head Office in Condell Park, available between 11 AM and 4 PM. Orders for collection are prioritised. If you need to pick up at a specific time, please call our support team at 02 9773 3282 to arrange.
What if my size is sold out?
Our items sell quickly, but we do aim to restock. Simply select 'Notify Me When It's Available' on the product page and enter your email to get updates. If you need the item by a specific date, feel free to contact our support team. Please note, sale or clearance items are usually not restocked.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch non-personalised orders within 1-3 business days.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will take an extra day. During busy sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch.
I need my order urgently. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offerexpress/priority shippingat checkout for urgent orders. This ensures your order is dispatched within 1 business day, even for personalised items. Please refer to our shipping page for additional information
What if my order is personalised?
Please refer to the product page for current embroidery turnaround times. Personalised orders may take up to an additional 14 days during peak season. For urgent orders, select express shipping at checkout.
